Social Relay publishes to Instagram professional accounts linked to a Facebook Page. Captions are limited to about 2,200 characters; hard publish quota is about 50 posts per 24 hours. Media is usually required for feed posts and must be publicly reachable over HTTPS.

Business or Creator Instagram linked to a Facebook Page under Meta. Connect both facebook and instagram when your product needs Page + IG pairs.
Content rules that bite in production
- Caption length and hashtag limits
- Aspect ratios roughly 4:5 to 1.91:1 for feed images
- Carousel limits; Reels as video posts
- Links in captions are not clickable
Quota
Design product rate limits so customers do not hit the ~50/24h Instagram publishing cap. Surface errors clearly when Meta rejects over-quota posts.
